Our Policies:

Refund Policies
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns allowed on cut fabric, computer software, embroidery design disks, embroidery cards and patterns. All special orders must be prepaid in full before orders will be placed. All credits exclude shipping and handling fees.

Class Policies
The teachers and staff at Creative Threads are proud to bring you a wide selection of classes at reasonable prices. In order for us to continue to keep our prices low, and provide adequate supplies for classes, we need all of our customers to honor the class policies.

Please sign up and prepay early to ensure a spot in the class. You must use cash. Classes must have a minimum number of students to run (this is determined by the instructor). Please get your class supplies prior to class. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is happy to assist you in fabric selection. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to cut you a kit for class. Kit fees are not included in the class unless otherwise noted.

How to Register for Classes
You can register for any class by coming into the store. Phone or e-mail reservations must be followed up with payment before the start of class. The registration fee for the class must be received when reserving your space. All classes need to have a minimum of students to run. In the event that Creative Threads needs to cancel/re-schedule the class, you may transfer the class fee to another class or receive a refund. The student may cancel for a refund up to seven days prior to the class. No refunds can be given within six days prior to a class. If you do not show up for a scheduled class, there is no refund.
